Our New Britain location has recently earned the I-CAR Gold designation. CARSTAR is committed to continuous education and training within the collision repair industry. Now all of our facilities have earned the I-CAR Gold Class Professionals status, which is recognized as one of the highest training certifications for businesses in the collision industry. To earn the Gold Class Professionals designation, all employees who work directly in collision repair or estimating process are required to complete 5 points of tested training (or roughly 20 hours). Each employee must complete 2 additional points annually (roughly eight hours) for a business location to maintain its Gold Class status. “It’s simple: we strive to satisfy our customers by not only offering superior customer service, but our primary objective is to make sure the customer is safe in their vehicle.” Mar 10 2010 - Facebook Contest Are you on Facebook? It’s not something that is considered – until a loss is experienced. Information is crucial when choosing a body shop. “It is important that the consumer knows how to select an autobody facility. One of the components all consumers should consider is the training and equipment that the shop has such as I-CAR certifications, ASE certified, and the latest equipment that will provide safe repairs.
